Harriet is the founder and CEO of First Ladies of Africa. She grew up in a small town in Ghana, West-Africa. While growing up in Ghana, she'd always had a passion to help others. Harriet grew up in a family that had several single mothers; she saw the struggles her aunties went through as single mothers. Due to the struggles her aunties endured as single mothers, she vowed to do her ultimate best to support single mothers and to bring awareness to single mothers in African countries.
When Harriet migrated to the United States, and to no surprise, she entered the healthcare field after graduating from high school. She went to the Wright State University, College of Nursing and Health for her bachelor's, and Franklin Univerisity for her Masters in Business Administration. She worked as a Staff Nurse, a Clinical Nurse Manager, Administrative Nurse Manager and currently working as a Nursing Director at a hospital in Ohio.
